When you were a small child and was asked what you wanted to be you grow up, your answer might have been doctor, soldier, astronaut, teacher. You spent time dreaming
for that day but over the years you lost sight of your goal and you ended applying for any job because its work anyway and then years later realize that it wasn’t what
you wanted. This is why to find a career that fits your personality it is important to figure out what you want and where you want to be.

1 How to Find Career; By Shining the spotlight on yourself. Jot down what interests you have. This will help you land that dream career. Do you enjoy meeting new people? Do you enjoy writing? Do you want to work at home? Do you enjoy doing hand crafts? Do you enjoy consistency at work? Does repetition bother you?

2] Create a captivating resume. Though resumes do not necessarily land you that dream career, an ill-prepared and poorly written resume will not help either. A resume that has a beautiful design that a lot of persons have never seen before is a tremendous in helping you find a career. Employers face resumes on a constant basis. An ordinary resume will always land at the paper shredder. Lastly, use positive action verbs like corresponded, accomplished, implemented, validated, this will make the achievement sound even more impressive. If you need help, the Internet is a wealth of resources that will inspire you with resume building.

3 Career Training; Don’t take too much at once. You have to follow a constant but not a hurried and harried pace. After all changing of careers doest not happen at the snap of the fingers. Plan what to do and create a realistic timeline. You want to land that dream career but you don’t want to stress yourself over it.

4 Career Education; Be prepared at all times. Should you get that call its good that you are armed with all the right information. If need be, attend special courses at your community college, find free video tutorials or otherwise from the Internet, if you can afford take online classes, or take online certification exams. The classes that you attend must have something to do with the career of your choice.

5 Make yourself “visible” by talking to people who do what you want to do whether personal or through online message boards or forums. While its true that experience is the best teacher, you don’t necessarily have to experience all their failures to find a career. Learn from the experience of others. Ask for information, learn what they do, ask questions and learn how they made it this far.

Everyone has the right to be successful in the career of choice. Whether you are a student or someone who is looking for a fresh start, take the time to find a career that suits you. Be confident and believe in yourself and success will be yours.
