I’m trying to figure out how to lose weight fast

I know you’re itching to know why I’m suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because last week I found myself in a position to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did me in. By the time I reached the top, I was perspiring, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I actually feel like I’m becoming my father. He was an enormously obese guy, with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid, good-natured outlook on life. But I tell you, he was large. And now I’m becoming fat as well. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I very much want to avoid getting to 250 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s hardly any turning back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which should definitely make it a lot easier to stay with whichever diet program we decide on. There’s a huge amount of different opinions on weight loss out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how good the plan to lose weight is turning out for us. I know weight loss will not be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I’ll be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
